Length: 8.0 - 13.0 ft.

Age: Ageless, they neither die or are born.

Tid-bits:
• They are a mixture of deer, bird, and ferret.
• They are generally seen in groups of two or three or with another animal, never alone.
• Sylvan are very social, and become depressed and wither when alone.
• They can molt their colors to match what they sleep on as to not be disturbed. The albino is the only one unable to do this.
• They have a "life source" between their antlers.

Information: Sylvan are small imp-like sprites that tie into Raja, a spirit full of woe born of an ash-blanketed forest, burned by humans. His efforts to cease all pain to nature and Her inhabitants led him to conjure these small creatures, born from the ash of smaller plants and weeds. Their purpose is to assist this great soul, to bring back life into all withered and ruined woods. Their name comes from the Latin term Silvanus, a Roman tutelary deity or spirit of woods and fields. Sylvan refers to an association with the woods. Specifically, that which inhabits the wood, is made of tree materials, or comprises the forest itself. The term can also refer to a spirit of the wood. In mythology, the term also refers to deities or spirits of the woods.
